Admissions Open — Pre-KG to Grade XAdmission
Admission is given to students from Grade Pre-KG to Grade X subject to availability of seats. Students are assessed on identifying their knowledge level, skills and talents.
Admission Procedure
Guidelines on the procedure for admission are furnished below:
- Fill up the admission form in all respects.
- Meet the concerned in-charge for admission.
- Get your documents verified from the Administrative Office.
- Get the final approval of the Principal.
- Pay the fees at the Administrative Office.
- Collect textbooks and notebooks from the school's Book Store.
- School uniforms will be issued in the first year.
Documents Required for Admission
- Photocopy of the pupil's birth certificate.
- Photocopy of the community certificate.
- Proof of residence.
- Photocopy of the report card of the previous school.
- 3 passport-size photos of the child and 1 joint family photo with parents.
- Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (not required for KG and Grade 1).
- Physical Fitness Certificate from a registered Physician.
👨👩👧 Recommendation to Parents
In order to ensure smooth conduct and proper functioning of our school, total co-operation between parents and the school is essential.
- Parents must ensure that their wards bring the school diaries to school every day and sign them daily.
- Students may be picked up from school only by authorized persons.
- Tuitions are to be avoided as far as possible. Do discuss with the school on any special needs.
- Please do not send any money / fees through drivers, maids or others.
- Please inform the school promptly if there is any change of address, telephone number, etc.
- Prior sanction should be sought from the Principal for any absence exceeding 2 days.
- Attendance on the first day and last day of every session is compulsory.
- In the event the child is unwell, kindly do not send the child to school.
- Requests for Transfer Certificate should be made on or before 31st January of the current year.
🎂 Age Criteria
As per NCERT NormsAge for admission is determined as of 31st March of the current academic year. All age criteria are followed as per NCERT norms.

Key Notes
Candidates seeking admission to LKG should have completed 3 years on or before 31st March.
A child seeking admission to Class 1 should have completed 5 years on or before 31st March.
All age criteria for admission will be strictly followed as per NCERT guidelines.
The universal cut-off date for age determination is 31st March of the year admission is sought.
📝 Test & Interview
Admission Assessment ProcessOur admission assessment is designed to be child-friendly and stress-free. The process varies by grade level.
Young learners are assessed through a warm, playful interaction to observe communication, curiosity and basic social skills.
Oral Interview OnlyStudents undergo a written assessment covering core subjects, followed by a personal interview to evaluate overall aptitude.
Written Test + InterviewWhat to Expect
- Oral Interview (KG): A friendly conversation with a teacher to assess listening, speaking and basic social skills.
- Written Test (Grade 1–10): A short age-appropriate test on English, Math and General Knowledge.
- Personal Interview: A one-on-one interaction with the academic team.
- Results: Parents will be informed within a few working days of the assessment.
